Trying on the tartan coat jacket at home, it’s definitely better wearing open than closed, but I also cannot go all black inside either, could be a little more limiting than I originally thought. I am very surprised that the tailor at the boutique declined to do it. I was told they won’t do it if the item bought from the third party( I told them that I bought them at TRR) because the liability issues which I didn’t understand.They will do it as long as bought from any Chanel boutiques or store .

Here it’s with this seasons stretch short sleeved ruffled top, cardigan jacket, Bloch Mary Janes which I find more comfy (and cheaper) than Chanel . Also tried some late arrivals from 24K. The sweat like top with shearling trim was so tempting but resisted in the end (and I love the juxtaposition of the sweat top with the flowy silk pants,).

In my humble opinion, as much as I admire Hedi as an artist, I would not like him taking over Chanel. I’d worry it would be too much of a 'new Chanel'. As for him leaving Celine, it was the end of his contract, and people were already speculating this would happen since there was never an announcement about renewing the contract
