With the huge sea change (pun intended) to 904L in the sub and other models I'd love to believe it will trickle down. To the YMII. You can also check the serial # at 6 o'clock of the rehaut and perhaps verify if it matches the watch. Test the countdown chronograph function to see if it works right (make sure you know it works). That is where I would start. Does the watch also come with any documentation (warranty card, instruction manual, tags, bill of sale, etc.)? Lots of details wrong with this one, but not going to go into all of them because of forum rules. It's fairly obvious that this watch is not built to Rolex' standards. Open it up and see if the balance and hairspring match what Rolex uses.
