I read that they had 20% during the President's Day weekend. Will they have another 20% off or any other percentage off soon? Fendi is even worse. 14 days for store credit or exchange only and in pristine shape. No refunds except when purchased online. Hermes is also 30 days for exchange or store credit only. No refunds. The fashion houses get away with it because there is high demand for their products. LV is 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for an exchange only .

The service and delivery was excellent and it was very well wrapped and packaged. It came with the ysl dust bag and they also sent me a Selfridges dust bag. There was no ysl box but I had paid for the gift box , just in case.
